Nice hotel with amiable personnel and particularly nice view out onto a lovely garden where you can sit and relax. Great and pleasant location in lovely area, right by a pub that apparantly serves meals, the very pretty back garden of the owners and the Hillside. Plus, 15 minutes drive from an univallate iron age hillfort.

The nearby pub, Yew tree, had a fantastic atmosphere and served delicious meals. the location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions such as the New Forest, Stonehenge, and Salisbury. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Hillside Self-Catering for its charm and child-friendly environment.
